Fitness Issue #1: Your Ultimate Get Skinny Guide (Written by an Overweight Girl)
Okay well i guess i’ll win with the hits in this issue. I’m currently at 175 lbs being merely 5′7 or so, and while that sounds extremely heavy, i carry the weight well and i’m quite the muscular girl.
I tried since i was 14 to get to that ‘i’m skinny and popular and frail and you can sweep me off my feet” status, but i never reached it, and i realized i’m attracting quite the fanbase anyway. So i didn’t give up, i just toned down my insecurities.
I have advice for you, if you were anything like me: Any plan works! Pills, Working out, Dieting. It works – so long as you are CONSISTENT and don’t DROP IT or GO BACK to your old habits. ANYTHING WORKS. I promise you that. You can eat my left eyeball if i’m wrong.
But here’s a list of sites that will help you get there. Documenting the Process of doing these things will encourage continuation of said plan. Not only that, but these are mostly social networking sites, where people can support you and give you advice.

Could I give my opinion for a moment? I believe diet pills could reverse the effect if you stop using them and it makes you chemically dependent. Search it on Google. There are a lot of resources there about the bad effects of diet pills.
